Also known as The Buffet at Stratosphere, the Stratosphere Buffet is one of the more popular all-you-can-eat restaurants in Las Vegas. Found as a part of the Stratosphere Hotel where the tallest freestanding observation tower (known as the Stratosphere Tower) is found, the buffet is a nice stop after taking in the breathtaking views of the the Sin City.

History

The Stratosphere Casino, Hotel, & Tower has a pretty colorful beginning. It traces its roots back to the Vegas World, which was a casino that was known for its little eccentricities. The Stratosphere Tower was built as an addition to the Vegas World as the owner wanted to create something like the Eiffel Tower. However, because of the limited space, they had to work with other concepts to create the tallest freestanding observation tower in the country.

To complete the Las Vegas experience for guests, the hotel and casino also opened the Stratosphere Buffet alongside the Stratosphere Tower in 1996. From this point onward, the Buffet at Stratosphere has been one of the places visitors can get a good fill of international cuisine.
