History

Casino buffets are Las Vegas’ signature restaurants and have been around for more than half a century in Sin City . Earlier, they served as a draw for people to spend time in the casinos and play more. And were a cost efficient solution to the casinos’ need to provide meals for their patrons keeping a full kitchen open at all hours. Today, they have become one of the top things people enjoy when visiting Las Vegas.

The Bellagio recognized the opportunity early on and the buffet was a key addition when the hotel opened its doors in 1998. But as the Bellagio is famed for their elegance, they made sure to take their offerings up a notch. With special stations set up throughout the space and a variety of options at each station. So while Bellagio buffet prices may be a tad higher than the rest, you know you are getting your money’s worth with what they have to offer.
